ZENKIGEN Inc. was founded under the vision of “contributing to the creation of a society through technology where people and companies can fully embody themselves”.
The term Zenkigen is a Zen Buddhism’s word, to the best and beyond one’s ability.
Given that I live to the best and beyond my ability more than anyone,
I strongly believe that a society where every one of us is living to the best of their ability is vibrant. And it would be more beautiful when children grows up looking up to adult who is living his best and beyond his ability.

We want to pass on such a society to the next generation.

In 1998 Joined Intelligence Co., Ltd. (currently Persol Career) as a new graduate. In 1999 Joined a cyber agent with fewer than 10 employees during the founding period. Contributed to the rapid growth of the company, including the listing of Mothers as the Osaka office, the president's office and business manager. . Joined CyberAgent, Inc. in 2004 and engaged in launching new services such as Ameba Pigg, AWA and AbemaTV. Joined Mercari, Inc. in 2016 and after taking charge of service development in US, became CTO of Mercari, Inc. He then was appointed as CTO of Souzoh, Inc., a Mercari Group company, in January 2021.
Became Technical Advisor of CarbGeM Inc. in April 2022.
Joined LayerX Co., Ltd. in June 2022 and was appointed as Executive Officer in July.

Soichi Kariyazono

In 1996, participated in the establishment of venture capital business of GLOBIS Co., Ltd. In 1999, he established Apax Globis Partners as a joint venture with Apax Group. To the present. Yoshinori Takabatake

Joined Intelligence, Inc. (currently PERSOL CAREER CO., LTD.) in 1998 and was involved in the company's initial public offering. After the IPO, joined ES NETWORKS Co., Ltd. in June 2000 as a consultant or executive in startups and companies in the revitalization stage, providing support for transformation initiatives both domestically and internationally and became President and CEO since January 2021.

Became a partner at Nishimura & Asahi in January 2013. Handled corporate disputes during the time as lawyer.
Joined AsiaWise Group in December 2018 and also co-founded and became Representative Director of Lisse Co., Ltd. which provides services to improve legal operations using legal technology.
